For over 60 years Citizens Advice Basingstoke has provided support to those in need in our local community. With our help, individuals and families have been able to keep food on the table, remain safe and warm in their homes, and feel secure in their jobs.
Our service is constantly evolving to meet the needs of our clients. We are involved in a number of special projects supporting the over-65s, offering assistance to hospital patients, helping young vulnerable adults to manage their money, providing a range of services to people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness, and providing specialist help through the Hampshire Macmillan Citizens Advice Service for those living with cancer - to name just a few! We also operate as a Hate Crime Third Party Reporting Centre with the aim of raising awareness and increasing reporting of hate crime as well as increasing confidence amongst victims and challenging attitudes and prejudice.
Come and join us on Monday 8th January at 7:30pm at the Gabadine Bar in Basingstoke to hear more about the help CAB provide our community
