Climbing Out is a charity that runs 5 day outdoor activity programmes aimed at rebuilding confidence and self esteem in people who've been through a life changing injury, illness or trauma.

Military veteran Col Andrew Preston is an ambassador for the Climbing Out with a role of spreading the word and today he will tell us about his experiences in Sweden
