The speaker at the meeting of Kendal Rotary on 2nd February was Laura Fitzgerald of the ‘Brathay Trust’ which was one of the beneficiaries from the proceeds of our recent Golf Tournament to the tune of £1000 which is to be spent on young people in Kendal. Brathay, which has been going for over 75 years, is a registered charity offering life-changing community programmes to children, young people and families in need and is committed to support for young people, aged 11 – 18, in Kendal.
