Steak and Bowls evening at the Grove in Leominster

We had a great time at the Grove Golf and Bowl, just south of Leominster on the A49. Food was excellent - steak was tender and they had the choice of scampi or vegetarian as well with no extra cost.

This was a very sociable and enjoyable evening, as always. We were joined by Bewdley Rotary Club members Terry, Rod and Graham. We also welcomed friends of our Rotary Club Sue and Dave, Steve and Vi, Martin and Christine, Martin and Carole, and Howard and Jackie. Rotary members attending were Ivan, Cathy, Robin, Doug, Paul, Emlyn and Rosemary.

As usual there were a lot of gutters, quite a few spares and a few strikes. The top score was with friend of Rotary Dave getting 141....Great job Dave!  

We were delighted that everyone had a great time, smiles all round and we hope that we will see everyone again at the Grove on Wednesday July 31st.....
