Handover Day
Past President Roger Congratulates President Allen on becoming President.
Monday 3rd July was the handover day for the new President. Roger Downing retired and inaugurated Rotarian Allen Crossley as the new President for 2023/2024. Roger gave a talk detailing the highlights and successes during his time
He awarded the President’s Cup to Paul Harkness for all his hard work in making the Bowness Blues Festival such a memorable and successful event.
He also awarded a Paul Harris Fellowship to P. P. Digby Gunson for his efforts in finding sponsorship for many events.
Allen nconcluded proceedings by detailing his hopes for the coming year as President.
