The Rotary Club of Bridport treated three schools in the Bridport area to a day out at Crealy Adventure Park. 43 children attended on 14th June and enjoyed themselves immensely, again the weather stayed dry and very warm.
It is expected that, nationally, 30,000 pupils would experience a day out at a Zoo, a Theme Park, or even a day at the Seaside, perhaps for the first time in their lives.
One of the local schools who attended has since commented - ‘Yes, all enjoyed it though it was rather hot! Thank you so much for enabling this trip to happen, it's a highlight of the year for both students and staff!’
A great day out enjoyed by the Schools and Rotarians who took part.
