District Quiz semi final against Cowbridge Rotary in Brecon

We met the Cowbridge Rotary Club at the Brecon Castle hotel for a battle royale....


After a lunch of sandwiches and french fries, followed by coffee/tea, the "Knights" quiz team comprising of Norman Thorp, David Barwick and Tom Dixon met with the Cowbridge Rotary quiz team. It was a battle royale with the outcome on a knife edge until the final round where both teams got maximum points but the Cowbridge team just pipped the Knights to the post with 49 points to 46.
