District Assembly

To All Rotary Members 

We would love to see you at the District Assembly on Saturday 18th May, particularly if you're taking on a new role at your club in two months' time.

It really is a fabulous opportunity to catch up with friends from all around the District & to share & pick up some new ideas, as you plan for the 24/25 Rotary year.

There will be welcome refreshments at 9am, ready to start at 9.30am and together we will celebrate some of the wonderful things that have been happening all around the District this year, as well as looking forward to a great year ahead.

We will hear a short video message from our incoming International President Stephanie Urchick and joining us in person this year will be 2022/23 International Vice President Nicki Scott.

After our coffee break, we have arranged a number of smaller break-out sessions, designed to help members including:

• Direct membership
• Finance
• International / Grants
• Youth

Club Secretaries - please let us know how many members will be coming from your club, so that we can provide adequate refreshments.

Our meeting in May will take place in the Rural Enterprise Centre (REC) at the Bath & West Showground, a short walk from the theatre, where we normally meet (map to follow).
