2023 Young Musician Competition

Instrumentalist success at Scotland North District Final


Rotary Club of West Fife representative Robbie Dowall (Trombone) was Commended (effectively joint Third) in the Instrumentalist Category along with Blythe Shand (Piano) representing Carnegie Club. Lauren Vesty (Drums) representing Dunfermline Club fell just short but performed well.

In addition last month Robbie won his section (Brass Solo Open) for the John Deas Trophy at the Fife Music Festival.
