Citizen's Advice Bureau in Torrngton

Our club welcomed Chief Executive Officer of Citizen's Advice, Torridge, North, Mid & West Devon Vicki Rowe last autumn.   Vicki outlined the various ways in which the organisation can help those in need, and also how volunteers are crucial to their operations.
