Santa Sleigh a great hit with young and old!

Many thanks to Chatham Rotary Club who loaned their Sleigh to Medway Sunlight Rotary Club on Saturday 10th December !  Santa wanted to tour the Island to say Hi to the children and to help the Rotary Club collect in aid of the Salvation Army Christmas Toy Appeal.

In spite of competing with the pull of the England v France Football match the evening was a great success and it was a delight to see the joy on both children and adult's faces as we helped brighten things up a bit.

A marvelous £149.76 was collected in the buckets along with a large number of donated toys which will go a long way to making a children's day this Christmas - thank you everyone!
