The Rotary Club of Prestwick's Christmas message this year was given by Troon Rotarian Karen Crosbie, pictured here with Gregor Purdie.
Karen is a NHS Health Care Chaplin and approached her talk in a very inclusive way. First, she spoke about the Christmas message items which were important to her, such as the magic of Christmas Eve, truces in war, lifting covid restrictions, and the death of the Queen.
She then invited the audience to participate, responses included thoughts
on supporting those in most need, and the health of friends and family. This relaxed inclusive approach worked very well. Rotarian Adnan Soojeri thanked Karen for a well-delivered, thoughtful presentation.
