UPDATE
Total Raised - an astonishingly large total of £3,400 net of Git Aid and therefore just shy of £4,000 when the 25% Gift Aid was claimed. This was a substantial improvement on recent years.
A big thank you to all who supported the event and although the money is not in our coffers Rotary support with the car parking is a significant contribution to the success of this fund raiser for Macmillan.
For record they have established a new Charity, Midhurst Palliative Care, to help fund the local, independent Midhurst Macmillan service, following a change in Macmillan’s funding model. The service remains firmly embedded in Sussex NHS Trust and committed to supporting patients across 400 square miles, including in Midhurst and Petworth and environs.
