The speaker at the meeting of Kendal Rotary Club on 17th October was Mairéad Brown from ‘Small World Consulting’ who gave a presentation entitled: “There is no planet B. What will it take to deal with the climate change emergency?" The Earth, and every species on it, is facing a climate and ecological emergency. Small World Consulting exists as a response to that emergency. They challenge and support organisations to take meaningful and effective action; to be exemplars both in their industries and beyond. They help their clients to play their part in the global systemic change that is needed for a sustainable economy and society.
