1600 VACCINATIONS AT RIVERBANK

Vaccinations for Covid started again over the weekend of 24/25 September. Once again Simon Flint set up a rota of volunteers from Rotary, Cricket, Rugby and Tennis Clubs and friends. Simon received the following email.

Simon

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and all the fantastic volunteers who have been with us this weekend. It has been so lovely to see them all again and,with their help, we have had a very smooth weekend. Lets face it we should all know what we are doing by now!

By the end of today we will have vaccinated about 1600 patients over the weekend, the majority having had two vaccinations, which has been a great start to protect our patients this winter.

It wouldn't have been possible without the joint efforts of you, the volunteers and the Riverbank staff.
