ROTARY CHARITY GOLF DAY 2022

 Midhurst and Petworth Rotary Club held their 22^nd annual Charity Golf Day on 3^rd August at the beautiful Cowdray Park course.

In excellent golfing weather 34 teams of 4 players took to the course and some very good scores were made.

 The winners with 97 points were team “MGM”, second were  “Where Did it Go” with 85 points,  third were “Oxygenarians”  84 points and fourth “7^th Time Lucky” 83 points, the single ball competition being won by “The Lemmings”.

 Rotary President Julian Goodale thanked everybody for their support for the day – all sponsors especially main sponsor Marshall Mercedes-Benz of Chichester, Cowdray Park Golf Club for their help and assistance with the day, and particularly the players many of whom have played in this event for many years.

 Thanks to every ones generosity the day raised over £7000 which will mainly be distributed between Rotary’s two main charities this year Dementia Support and The Charlie Waller Trust.
