Young Writer 2023
The details and entry forms for the 2023 Rotary Young Writer competition are now available to download, but entries have closed for the 2023 Competition.
In 2022, Lily Tibbitts (Amble & Warkworth) achieved first place (Senior) in the National Finals, and Emmy Burgess (Alnwick) came third at the Intermediate level.
The 2023 competition offers participants the chance to express themselves and get creative with the written word. After being given a theme, participants can choose to write fiction or non-fiction, a story or a poem. It’s a chance to be imaginative. This year's theme is 'Peace'
