Shoeboxes for Salvation Army

Delivery completed of 20 hygiene boxes


20 Shoeboxes boxes were delivered to the Salvation Army on Tuesday 12th October. The Family boxes were filled for young adults and contained toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, dish brush, scourers, plasters, disposable razors, nailbrush, soap, pen, pencil, exercise book, socks and gloves.

The boxes were delivered by Helen and presented to David Robertson by President Douglas. David explained that the Community part of their work receive requests and referrals from Fife Council and vetted charities operating in the Dunfermline and West Fife area.

The club has also sent to SA community group £200 for fuel cards for distribution to those in most need.
