Cinema Tickets and Baseball Caps !!

A message from the Headmaster ..........

"What a kind and thoughtful gesture from Wednesfield Rotary Club...presenting all 63 children at Oak Meadow with a free Odeon cinema entry ticket to a film of their choice with an accompanying cap.  

As ever, I personally feel overwhelmed by the commitment and generosity of the Rotary Club and for Stan Jukes' resolve to provide children with a gift to mark their rite of passage leaving primary school.  

There was a ripple of excitement when informing the children of their gift and a further whoop of delight and elation at the prospect of a visit to the cinema during the summer holidays.  Caps were quickly donned too and worn during children's break and lunch times.  

Thank you on behalf of all Year 6 staff and children at Oak Meadow Primary School, Wolverhampton...we are very lucky to have Wednesfield Rotary Club as friends of our school.  THANK YOU ! "
