Wanted - Laptops, Ipads and Tablets

BBC radio stations are co-ordinating a campaign during lockdown to make devices available to students for study.

In this age of fast changing technology it is easy to think that all housholds have easy access to the Internet through a laptop, tablet or Ipad but this is not the case.

When you are trying to do your home schooling during the lockdown and you have restricted access to one phone between you and your siblings all trying to do the same thing, it is not easy to keep on top of the work - and often leads to arguments in the household!

Medway Sunlight Rotary Club is supporting the BBC's campaign to track down unwanted devices, wipe them of possibly sensitive data and get them out in the community to help such families - please go to :

https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/articles/5SqHJMTKZx5sYhlltXJvB1Q/give-a-laptop and help us to help them.

With your help we can all prevent children falling behind with their schooling during this lockdown and beyond.
