Do you know that the Message in a Bottle Scheme could save your life? Simply put your medical and emergency contact details inside the distinctive container and pop it in the fridge.
There is also a sticker to put by the door to alert medics, who know to look out for it. Have you got the bottle. Prestwick Rotary supports this vital initiative.
