Charity (online) Duck Race

As with other years, it will cost you £1 for a duck and you can buy as many as you wish.  £175 worth of prizes  £50 Tesco card, £25 Waitrose Card, £25 Milngavie Gift Card, £25 Driving Lesson, £10 Waitrose Card, bottle of Highland Park Viking Honour Single Malt Whisky and a 365g box of Hotel Chocolat Summer desserts chocolates.

Payments can be to a member of Allander Rotary or, online by BACS to the following account. Please put duck then your name in the reference so we can collate it with your email.

After payment you will need to email your details to ducks@allander-rotary.org .  In your email you need tell us what name(s) you would like to attach to your duck(s). eg John Smith, Smithy1, John S2 or whatever.  If we get duplications we may need to amend your requested name(s).

Ahead of the qualifiers we will take all of the valid entries and will randomly generate a series of races.  These will be available on line ahead of the race. 

The qualifiers will be run on Wed 14th at 7pm, Friday 16th at 7pm and on Saturday 17th.  All If you miss the date or your duck doesn't qualify we will run final qualifying races on the Saturday afternoon.

From each qualifier the first 5 (or more) ducks automatically qualify for the final.  We will run a lucky loser selection to fill any extra places available in the final.

The earlier you enter the more chance you will have to qualify for the final.  Fail on Wednesday, you get a chance in races on the Friday and then again in the lucky losers draw.

You can enter at any time up to the close of entries for the final qualifying race.  3pm on Sat 17th October.
