This was our first dinner meeting under Covid-19 guidelines. Ivy Hill Hotel is a Covid-19 Secure Venue. Our seating arrangements were as per Govt. rules – i.e. only 2 households per table.
We also needed to keep the required social-distancing apart from other households.
On arrival, wearing a mask, we entered by the hotel’s main entrance to follow the route to Ivy Suite (Ivy 1 & 2).
After sanitising, we checked the Table Plan and went directly to our respective tables. We could then remove our masks.
Bar drinks, dinner & coffee were served to the guests seated at their tables.
Under instructions we did NOT go to the Bar - Orders for drinks were taken at our table; payment was by contactless card payment only – not cash.
The menu for the evening was delicious -

The speaker – Gerrard McMahon, Supporter Engagement Manager – London & S.E England - gave us a very interesting presentation and update on “Mary’s Meals”.
Helder Lemos gave the Vote of Thanks.
A Wine Raffle was held at the end of the meeting.
A successful F2F meeting with partners – attended by 34.
