School Uniform Scheme benefits
Soham Rotary has supported this great initiative from the start and is delighted to offer another £250 in advance of the school term to assist with providing school uniform packages.
Following our meeting last week which took place via Zoom, our guest was Jo Isbell, one of the initial founders of the Soham School Uniform scheme.
Following an informative update of the progress being made by the organisation and their expansion to embrace the Soham Village College, Jo fielded a series of questions by members.
President Geoff gave the vote of thanks and also offered an additional £250 support in advance of the forthcoming school year to assist in preparing the packages for those needing assistance.
The Club also indicated that it would look at other ways to support the team if possible
