Burns Night 2020

An entertaining night of Scottish music was provided by the Choir Club of Symington Primary School, under the direction of Depute Head Teacher Rosie Smith.

Scottish classic songs included 'Donald fa's ye trousers', and 'five hundred miles' by the Proclaimers, plus tributes to Rabbie Burns. The boys and girls were terrific, and had already performed at Tesco, Townend Care Home, and the local Symington Co-op.

Each child went home with grateful thanks and a 'goodie bag'. Prestwick Rotarians, parents and guests had a great night. Organiser Edith Sterrick offered a hearty vote of thanks to all involved.
