Street Cleansing Operative receives an Award

Baldock Rotary recently recognised the excellent work that Andy Saunders undertakes in his role as Street Cleansing Operative in Baldock.  Through Andy’s diligent work, effort and enthusiasm for over 35 years Baldock residents have benefited from a cleaner town than would otherwise be.  Andy commented how pleased he was to have received the recognition and went on to say that although cleaning in Baldock had not changed significantly over the years he did say that fast food litter had increased substantially.

Well done Andy you do a great job.  Let’s ask all our residents to take as much pride as you in keeping Baldock as clean as possible.
