Prestwick Rotarians learn about healthy eating
Prestwick Rotarians were treated to a talk on healthy eating from
personal trainer David Frew, with the message 'you cannot out-train a
bad diet'.
David and his colleague Blair Caddis are promoting
Premier Prep based in Prestwick. This is a new company which produces
and delivers low calorie, fresh meals in the Prestwick area.
Each meal is 200 to 400 calories, from a menu of 25 meals, rotated on a
weekly basis. David spoke passionately about the benefits to body and
mind from healthy eating, and anyone wanting more information can find
their company Premier Prep on facebook.
Rotarian Adnan Soojeri wished the initiative well in his appreciative vote of thanks.
