Rotary is proud to work with the Stroke Association to promote

 “BLOOD PRESSURE AWARENESS DAY”

ON Saturday 30^th March 2019, from 10 am to 2pm Rotarian Dr. Ashok Harshey and his team will be at the community room of St John’s Church, Mostyn Street in the centre of llandudno

All are invited to spend just five minutes having their blood pressure taken; no appointment – just drop in. You will be given the reading and the re-assurance that you’re fine…. or advised to seek the help of your own doctor

It’s entirely up to you to follow or ignore that advice, but you should know….

…..there are 152,000 strokes in the UK every year

…..often it could have been prevented

…..the effects can be devastating and even fatal

Do you owe it to those around you just to get this simple check?
