Ethan Robins receives his Young Chef certificate from Rotary District Governor Dave Ford. Knights Templar School student Ethan, sponsored by Baldock Rotary, competed in District Round of the Rotary Young Chef Competition.
Contestants have to cook a healthy three course meal for two, costing no more than £20 and present it to a high standard. Ethan served a homemade Paneer starter with a chili, garlic and coriander dressing, followed by Cod Fillet Keralan Curry served with naan bread and fragrant green rice and, for dessert, a Chocolate and Irish Cream Fondant served with toasted almonds all elegantly presented..
