Young Chef District Finals 2019
Galashiels Rotarian, Peter Croan was out and about this weekend capturing the photos at the Rotary District Final of Young Chef competition.
Peter stated that Rotary run many fantastic competitions for young people. I really enjoy the young chef competition as I love food and getting to try the entries that these competitors have cooked is such a bonus. The judges were very complimentary of the high standards and I can report that there was not one dish that I sampled if served in a restaurant people would have been surprised that such high quality food was made by these young people. Well done all for taking part I hope these photos illustrate the quality of the cooking and good luck to Stephen Dale Sunley and Maya Johnston in the next round
