Prestwick Rotary’s Annual Golf AMAM 2019

The annual Prestwick Rotary Club Am-Am Golf Tournament at The Old Course Prestwick took place on Monday 15 April 2019. Prestwick photographer Iain Forrest was the main co-ordinator. Its a popular charity event, a great golfing day out and a wonderful chance for non-members to play this fantastic golf course.

Many thanks to all those who supported our AmAm charity golf day at Prestwick Golf Club. Despite a cold day out on the links, the teams competed well and enjoyed playing this wonderful course. Prestwick photographer Iain Forrest is the golf club co-ordinator for the event, which is a major source of charity income.

Sponsor Buzzworks named The Ayrshire Hospice as their main charity, whilst Prestwick Rotary Club chose The Aberlour House charity based in Ayr. About £4,000 was raised in total from the teams, hole sponsors and a raffle. The winning team was Transition Interiors. Prestwick Golf Club captain Alasdair Reid is pictured with his team.
