Symphony No. 9 in E minor "From the New World" - Dvorak

The concert was a supreme success and played to a full house will many intending patrons turned away disappointed.

Soloist Tom Poster who was born in and educated in Cambridge received a overwhelming reception following his performance of the Beethoven Concerto and, exceptionally, played a solo encore.
