“Thank you!”

A HUGE thanks from all at Rotary Club of Llandudno for the magnificent response to our annual Mostyn Street Snowman Charity Collection

A HUGE thanks from all at Rotary Club of Llandudno for the magnificent response to our annual Mostyn Street Snowman Charity Collection, which this year raised £1,367.39, every penny of which will be on its way to local charities in early 2019

President Rosalind Hopewell said

“ Every year we never cease to be amazed by the kindness and generosity of residents and visitors to our town – we are truly grateful, and I want to thank Rotarian Philip Jones for organising this so magnificently. Our thanks, also, to St John’s Church for allowing us the use of their frontage – much appreciated!

Especially pleasing is that of the 18 people who formed the rota of collecting snowmen over the four days in the run-up to Christmas, no less than 8 were people who were helping in this task for the first time. Thanks to you all, especially the helpers from our  new Club, Lllandudno Gogarth Rotary and to spouses of members who joined in”

A very merry Christmas and a happy New Year to all, from Llandudno Rotary.

As we leave 2018, here’s a link to just some of what we have been up to in the year – enjoy!
