The children at St Andrew's Lower School East, in Biggleswade held a Purple For Polio Day. raising funds for International Polio Day. They contributed their donations for purple crocuses and planted them in 'planters' outside their classroom windows so they can watch them grow. They raised £70.50. The children enjoyed planting the crocuses and everyone had a lovely afternoon.
