Business Meeting - 30/07/18

Weekly Press Report

Monday was Seagate Rotary’s first business meeting of the new session.  The programme for the coming year was discussed, and Seagate will again be involved in a number of fundraising, charitable and social activities.

This week a number of members are organising a children’s fun night for the visiting Chernobyl children, and in August there will be the usual hot dogs and crepes stall in Kilwinning Road at Marymass.  Social events in the autumn will include a safari supper and an Xmas party, and Seagate will be assisting in the Poppy Scotland collection in Irvine.  The Sportsmen’s Dinner will be in February, and numerous other ideas are in the pipeline.
