Paul Harris Fellowship

Paul Percy Harris  a Chicago, attorney best known for founding Rotary International in 1905, a service organisation that currently has well over 1.1 million members worldwide.

In 1957 the Paul Harris Fellows program was established to show appreciation for outstanding service above self. Paul Harris Awards are made to Rotarians who are deemed by their Club to have made outstanding contributions.

The Rotary Club of Prestwick was delighted this year to show their appreciation to two of our members, notably Bill Leslie and Donald Cuthbertson by presenting them both with the Paul Harris Fellow Award.

Bill joined Prestwick Rotary in 1985 having previously been a member of Round Table. He was Club President in 1999-2000. He has held the office of Secretary since 2010.

Donald joined Prestwick Rotary in 1994 and was Club President in 2003-4. He has held the office of Treasurer 2009-2018.
