On Sunday, three members of Seagate Rotary’s walking group had a midsummer trip to the Lost Valley in Glencoe. Conditions were perfect, and by making a very early start and coming back mid afternoon they missed Loch Lomond’s notorious weekend traffic queues.
Monday was Seagate Rotary’s annual end of year meeting. President Eric Greig gave a resume of his time in the position, and thanked members for their support. He then handed over the chain of office to new President Andy Slater.
In the monthly charity raffle, Sandy Niven went home with a nice bottle of malt, and many offers to help drink it.
