2018 Magpas Presentation
President Bill and Club members welcomed Helen & John McMenamin Smith to the Club to accept a cheque for over £2500 raised over the December Christmas period in aid of Magpas Air Ambulance.
A good turnout of Rotarians and guests wecomed John and Helen back to the Club again.
Helen, who had also helped club members during our December Magpas collections, took the opportunity to outline how Magpas and their quick action had saved her life. She also explained that she is determined to do whatever she can to support the Charity going forward and couldn't thank Club members enough for their excellent ongoing support for this charity.
