Senior Citizens celebrate Rotary in Amersham 25th Concert

An appreciative audience of over 150 senior citizens had accepted an invitation from Rotary in Amersham to their annual variety concert.  2018 celebrates an unbroken run of 25 annual concerts produced and directed by Amersham Rotarian John Fox.  A lively and comprehensive programme of favourites, old and new including a performance by The Amersham Band Quintet kept the audience tapping their feet!

Tea, sandwiches and homemade cakes were served at the interval followed by more musical entertainment and dancing displays.  Finally, after a roof-raising rendition of 'Land of Hope and Glory' the senior citizens were driven home by Rotarians to end a perfect afternoon.
