CLUB NIGHT - 29/05/2017

At the Seagate Rotary meeting on Monday, President Eric Greig presented a cheque to Ron Swanson on behalf of the Ayrshire Hospice.

The money was part of that raised at the Rotary sportsmen’s dinner.  Monday was a business night and various other donations were discussed along with future activities both social and fundraising. 

The walkers will be doing more walks, some serious and some not so strenuous, and there will be a bus to Ayr races in June.  Also for consideration are a cruise on the Waverley and a Glasgow Central Station tour.. 

The next community activity will be the running of the bottle stall for SANDS at their gala day and duck race in Eglinton Park on 18 June.  Jim Fairgrieve was the lucky winner of the monthly charity raffle, and was allowed a brief look at his prize before it was appropriated for the bottle stall.
