Fun charity quiz night including supper at the Baron

This was another enjoyable evening with good food ( tasty lasagne and chips ) good company and challenging but fair questions. We were delighted to welcome and host 7 teams including the Leintwardine and Bucknell first responders, our regular visitors Carol & Martin Garland and Ann & Colin Cummings, guests of the Jones's Ian and Theresa Barlow and guests of the Thorp's John and Marje Rickerby. After eight interesting rounds, plus a sheet of bands to identify from cartoons, the winning team with a total of 71 from a possible 91 points were Norman, Margaret, John and Marje. Congrats! And due the much appreciated generosity of everyone attending a total of £150 was raised to support local youth charities.
