2006 Primary School Quiz - Zone Six Final

Cairneyhill Primary School, who won the local heat organised by the Rotary Club of West Fife in March, ended up in a creditable 7th place out of 15 competing schools at the zone final which was held at Bell Baxter High School in Cupar on the morning of Saturday 13 May.

The winners with a final score of 101 were Donibristle Primary School, and in second place with a score of 98 were Denend Primary School. Both of these schools go through to the District 1010 finals in Stirling next month. Cairneyhill's final score was 90. They were hot on Donibristle's heels for much of the contest, but faded in the last couple of rounds.
