Award For Alison
Alison Sutherland, honoured by Rotary GB&I, and given the Champions of Change award for her work in helping the community.
Dr. Rachel North from the Optometry Dept of Cardiff University accepts 8,000 pairs of used spectacles collected by Kistiah and Carol Ramaya on behalf of the Lampeter Rotary Club.
These spectacles will be refurbished and used in underdeveloped countries.
A HARK research team made up of researchers, audiologists, students, clinical assistants and a nurse has been involved in these hearing screening exercises. More...
