Unofficial Poppy Walk 22nd May 2016

The 8th Unofficial Poppy Walk raises money for the Royal British Legion and took place this year on Sunday 22^nd May. The Poppy Walk is a 10km (or more) circular walk around central London answering a set of devilish questions on route.

The selection of pictures taken en route and at The Phoenix afterwards include,

· the poppies at Figure Court (RHC) – that will feature on the Chelsea Flower Show programmes,

· the exquisite Michelin/Bibendum building,

· the elephant at one of the corners at the Albert Memorial that featured in your tie break.

Rotary Beckenham entered three teams one of which was the winner.

£270 was raised for the Legion on the day, but the final total should be over £300.
