Jun 2015 International Visit from Enschede Nord Club, Holland

We are delighted that 5 couples from Enschede will be again visiting our Club. Cambridge South Rotary Club members will be hosting the group and ensuring that a wide variety of entertainment is on offer thoughout their stay. 

Itinerary :

Friday 12th June - around 11am we meet for coffee and a chat at the Gog Magog Golf Club as our friends arrive in the area from Stansted.  Some hosts will meet them at the airport.

A light sandwich lunch then before we take them home to settle in we meet Rtn David for a tour of Cambridge City Centre, the Sedgewick Site and Kings College. 

Late afternoon we gather for a Club BarBQ in Bobs lovely garden.

Saturday 13th June - will include a day in the city with optional punting and shopping, a lunch in the Eagle and an opportunity to enjoy evensong in Kings Chapel from 5.30pm.

In the evening we will have a party at the Old Crown, Girton - a tasty meal with optional singing !

Sunday 14th June - After a cosy morning with their hosts we will all meet for a lovely Farewell Lunch at Colin's house together before our visitors leave for the afternoon ferry.

We are all looking forward to a return visit to Enschede as soon as possible.
