Collection of Donated Items for Shropshire Women's Refuge

Those of you who were at club on Monday 2nd March to hear Gill give an interesting but often harrowing talk about her work with victims of domestic violence will have heard me ask her what items the Refuge might find useful.  She gave toiletries as her most-needed items: shampoo, shower-gel etc because when each woman arrives she is given a 'welcome' pack of essentials (all new, obviously) and with the turnover of women the Refuge gets through a lot!

If anyone who would like to donate such items could bring them into club next Monday (9th March) I would undertake to get them to Gill, who I know will be very appreciative.
