WW1 COMMEMORATION DINNER AND MUSICAL EVENING

Newtown Rotary club are holding a Dinner and Musical Evening as a tribute and commemoration of the Centenary of WW1 on Saturday 31st January 2015 at the Elephant and Castle Hotel. The evening will recall WW1 through a traditional dinner and music of that period. We are delighted that the Newtown Musical Theatre Company and Newtown Silver Band will provide the entertainment leading to a finale of community singing.

It is our hope that the dinner will reflect the united effort and sacrifices of the WW1 period through the widest possible representation of the whole Newtown community.
