Christmas Tree for 2014

Well done to all the Club members who braved today's very wet conditions to make sure the town's Christmas tree was in place again this year.

As always, a huge debt of gratitude goes to Chippenham Estates for their kind donation of the tree again this year.

We would also like to thank Olympic Tyres for their support today - it is they first year for them and they took to the task like a duck to water - especially grateful to 4 wheel Landrover power for making light work of getting the tree to the transporter. Many thanks for some excellent winch work.

Another welcome addition this year was Robert Peacock's team and their cherry picker which made the decoration of the tree with its lights, a whole lot easier this time.

A good job by everyone and we're looking forward to the switch on shortly.
