The second annual Beer Festival
We were delighted to welcome Preston North End Manager, Simon Grayson, with his assistant Glynn Snodin to open the festival - they are pictured with president Jeff MacCalman and Festival organiser and life time PNE fan, Graham Barron. Good weather helped to give us a record weekend with many of the beers selling out on the Saturday Evening. The two bands on the Friday and Saturday evening were both superb and had the visitors dancing till midnight. Many thanks to to Lisa Hunter of Tastebuds, Rufford for provinding a superb spread of food.
Proceeds of the festival will go to local charites with a particular emphasis on those charities involved in Prostate Cancer support and research, Including MenUnited.
