Energy Savings 11/08/14

On Saturday the Dragon Boats return to Irvine Harbour, organised by Seagate Rotary as part of the Marymass Fourth Port gala day.  The boats will be launched and ritually blessed in a ceremony by the local Chinese community at midday.  Racing takes place from 1.30pm to 5.30pm, with 15 teams entered competing in heats and finals.  The Fourth Port parade, gala and other attractions means that there will be plenty of activity at the harbourside all day, and the weather should be better than last year.
